Hoje tive minha primeira consulta com o nutricionista, e apesar de ser magra no contexto de peso e altura, descobri algumas verdades sobre meu percentual de gordura que me assustaram. Tudo isso porque estava fazendo as coisas erradas para o nível alto de exercício físico que me propus. Como essas coisas são engraçadas não é mesmo?
Como hoje foi a primeira consulta, e vou ficar 30 dias na primeira fase da dieta para alcançar alguns objetivos, esse não será o assunto de hoje, mas sim alguns dos exercícios que faço e de onde eles são.
Atualmente ser fitness, ter uma vida saudável, reeducação alimentar e essas coisas, estão na moda, então acaba não sendo muito difícil de encontrar milhões de blogs, canais, sites de personal trainers com dicas, receitas e etc por aí. Por conta dessa “super população”, fica complicado encontrar coisas que sejam realmente boas e “corretas” para o seu estilo de vida, corpo, força, ritmo…, principalmente quando você não conhece nada sobre o assunto. Cometer erros nesse departamento pode acabar causando sérios problemas à sua saúde.
Malho de maneira bem tranqüila desde sempre, daquele jeito doido, parando e voltando, fazendo aulas de danças (amo dançar!), musculação, Gaps e afins, mas foi de um ano e meio pra cá (alerta velhice!) que realmente me dediquei ao assunto e desde então fazia musculação e algum aeróbico na academia que tem em meu condomínio, e por já ter algum conhecimento de tipos de exercícios que poderia fazer, como dividi-los durante a semana e coisas assim, não era difícil de manter um bom ritmo, mas não estava sentindo muita mudança, na verdade quase nada para o esforço que estava fazendo, e à uns cinco meses, pesquisando na internet, encontrei um canal de personal trainers, o XHIT Daily com vários combos diários e dicas de como manter um bom ritmo. Nesse canal conheci o trabalho da Rebecca Louise e me encantei.

Inicialmente porque ela é inglesa (quem me acompanha sabe do me amor eterno pela Inglaterra e seu povo) e segundo porque ela é ótima para te dar apoio moral, manter um ritmo acelerado Rebecca I can feel the burn! e explicar o que você está fazendo para não ficar perdido. Daí para encontrar o canal dela, site e etc foi um pulo.
Descobri que aos 17 anos ela teve anorexia (também tive e me identifiquei!) e tinha vários complexos por ter uma pele ruim e essas coisas de adolescente. Passado o tempo ela procurou entender mais sobre nutrição, alimentação correta e se certificou em personal trainer. Resolveu dar aulas através desses canais fitness, fez a imagem, e resolveu montar um negócio próprio também pela internet, com acompanhamento nutricional exclusivo para quem a contrata, e um canal com vídeos abertos ao público em geral.
Sigo uma estrutura de calendário mensal, do site, para meus exercícios diários e umas três vezes na semana costumo complementar indo a noite na academia para correr na esteira também.
Os exercícios dela são ótimos, você não fica na rotina, movimenta o corpo todo e realmente sente a coisa toda acontecendo.

Costumo fazer uns dois tipos de cardio com três de definição, cada dia para uma parte do corpo específica, e todos os dias fico dolorida legal, sentindo o efeito do que foi feito.

Se derem uma olhada no site, Rebecca Louise,  dá para montar um calendário pessoal super legal e de acordo com seu tempo e necessidade e ainda ver umas dicas de alimentação saudável que tenho certeza que vão adorar!

Apesar de essa ser uma forma barata e simples de acesso a formas de exercícios físicos, aconselho fortemente a todos procurarem um profissional de nutrição para ajuda-los a manter o equilíbrio das coisas. Eu sou a prova de que tentar fazer tudo por conta própria, consultando o “Dr. Google”, pode muitas vezes trabalhar contra seus objetivos.
